BTD mobile firewood processors for the front coupling are a future-proof investment for ANYONE who wants to produce firewood quickly and without physical effort in a one-man operation.
*** Simple ***
The simplicity is evident in all aspects of the machine: in the design, in the operation and in processing. This ensures that a person, regardless of location, can produce firewood, at a relatively low cost and in a (heated) cabin with optimal safety and visibility.
*** Robustly ***
The robustness is particularly evident in the solid front coupling, the strong logclamp, the mounting plates and the press block with optional extension, which can process logs up to 4 meters in length from any type of wood. The splitting force is up to 20 tons. Various hardened steel splitting knives are available: 4-, 6-, 8- and 12-fold. The BTD machines have no wearing parts, except for the sawbar and the chain. However, these are harvester grade (0.404", 2mm). A chain change is very easy to carry out by means of 2 nuts with plenty of space all around. The automatic chain lubrication ensures that lubricating oil is used very sparingly. For transport, the optional extension of the press block is folded up and the press block itself is pushed in. This makes the machine extremely compact for safe transport on the road and ensures a low storage space requirement.
*** Well thought-through operation ***
Thanks to the control box with a separate joystick control panel, which is universally suitable for every vehicle, work can be carried out conveniently from the vehicle cabin regardless of the weather. It is not possible to operate it outside or next to the carrier vehicle, which excludes accidents at work.
The saw-split cycle can be carried out in automatic mode, the log length can be adjusted to an accuracy of 1 cm in automatic mode. A manual longitudinal stop, mounted on the splitting knife (for upright falling) supports the production of short logs if necessary. All separate movements are locked, which prevents operating errors and machine damage.
